Call & Schedule Your Appointment

Give us a ring! Go ahead and call us by pressing any of the phones on the website. There is one on this page for your convenience. Tell us what kind of photos you have and what your goals are with them. We invite you to take a look at our pricing menu, and once you are ready, please schedule an appointment to drop off at one of our two locations. Up next, step two!

Drop Off Your Photos, Film, or Slides

When you drop off your photos, we will give you a rough estimate of what your total will be. This would be the time to let us know if you've organized your photos in a certain way and would like to keep it that way. We consider all requests.

Wait Two Weeks - We'll Call If We Have Any Questions For You

Step three is the easiest...for you. We'll be working and scanning your family memories into your new dual connection flash drive. We will contact you if we have any questions. Please anticipate your scans to be completed within a two-week period.

Pick Up Your Photos & Your New Digitized Memories

Congratulations! Your memories have been digitized. You can share, copy, and love your treasured moments for decades and centuries. The Story Vault will call you once your digitizing project is complete. Photos must be picked up within one week of the completion date. Delivery can be arranged for a fee.
